Responsibilities工作职责 
1. Lead the new product development based on business needs. Understand key materials fundamentals, performance, compounding, formulation and design the product, process for pouring sealant
   基于业务需求独立开发新产品。了解基本面的关键材料，性能，合成和设计灌封胶的生产和工艺；
2      Responsible for planning and implementing the projects within the budget and timeline. Train junior members
        规划和实施项目预算和时间。培养初级成员
3.     Technical support. Provide substantial technical expertise to business (identify, analyse technical issues and eventually provide solutions).
技术支持，对业务（识别，分析技术问题，并最终提供解决方案）提供技术专长。
4.     Communicate with other departments like market, sales, manufacturing and visit customers, suppliers as needed
 与其它部门沟通，如市场，销售，生产并根据需要访问客户以及供应商
5.     Keep good documentation of product development, technical support projects and communications 
  就产品开发，技术支持项目和通信建立良好的文档，
6.     Strictly abide the EHS policies and implement them in daily work
 严格遵守EHS的政策，并落实在日常工作中

       Personal Qualifications任职要求

1.     At least master degree major in Material Science or Engineering.
 材料学硕士以上学历 
2.     Min 2 Years research experiences in pouring sealant
   至少两年灌封胶研发经验
3.     Quick learner, diligent and responsible
  较快的学习能力，责任心
4.     Able to work individually and a team work
  独立工作和团队合作
5.     Proficient oral and written English
  熟练的口头和书面英语
